Our day care and pre-school program is one of the very best in the city ministering to children ages 2-5 years old. Many exciting things are presented daily Monday through Friday to the kids.

Curriculum:
We use the Abeka curriculumAbeka is a traditional approach to Christian Education which keeps learning lively, interesting, and memorable.

We offer a 2-yr. old class, a 3-yr. old class, and a 4-yr. old class.  The children are taught the alphabet, counting to 20, 30, or 100, numbers concept, Bible stories, short and long vowel sounds, health, manners, and safety.  They also learn days of the week, months of the year, colors, and shapes through a variety of fun activities.

Philosophy:
Our day care and pre-school was born in the hearts of many here at First Assembly of God church.  We feel there is a need and a desire in our community for quality day care with a Christian atmosphere.  We feel directed by God to not only supply superb nursery school living, but to help you teach and train your children "in the way they should go."

Knowing that God is our Creator, we go first to the Bible for training and instruction.  Children must learn that they are special, loved by God and made in His image.  Along with spiritual development, children need to grow socially, emotionally, and physically.  We offer an excellent Christian education curriculum aimed at educating the whole person.  "Train up a child in the way he should go; and when he is old, he will not depart from it" (Proverbs 22:6).
